About the Golf Course

The Marbella Club Golf Resort features a challenging 18-hole golf course designed by the renowned architect Dave Thomas. The course is known for its picturesque landscapes and well-maintained greens.

The first nine holes of the course offer a unique experience with three consecutive par 5s. These holes not only present a challenging test early in the round, but also showcase some of the most picturesque scenery on the course. The tee on the seventh hole is the highest point on the course and affords golfers with a panoramic view of the coastline, Gibraltar, and even across to Africa.

With a length of over 6,000 meters, the par 73 course combines strategic placement of bunkers and water hazards with intriguing green designs, making for an engaging and rewarding round of golf. The course culminates in one of Europe's most dramatic 18th tees, which is one of many elevated tees throughout the course. The final hole, a par 5 that is reachable in two shots for some pros, is a memorable way to end the round.
