All the yachts in the harbor also make it a huge attraction to all the tourists. In the morning it is nice and quiet and the later it is in the day, the busier and cozier it gets. Definitely worth a visit!
In Puerto Banús you will find the high-end shops in the port of Puerto Banús or the El Corte Inglés. If you like shopping you definitely need to go there. You can spend hours there with the most beautiful flagship stores of all luxury brands. From Cristian Dior to Louis Vuitton.
It is also the ideal place for a day at the beach, a luxurious beach club or just a drink in the evening, with the beautiful marina in the background.
History of Puerto Banús
Puerto Banús is a man-made marina that was built by José Banús, a Spanish property developer in the 1970s. The marina quickly became a popular destination for celebrities and the jet-set, and it's now home to over 900 berths for superyachts and luxury boats, making it one of the most prestigious marinas in Europe. If you want to dock a boat in the marina of Puerto Banús and the boat is longer than 55 meters, it costs €4000,- per day. The marina is surrounded by a variety of high-end shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as several beach clubs.

One of our favorite lunch spots in Puerto Banús is Paradise Beach. The food here is good and crazy what comes out of a small kitchen here. We also like to come to Mistral Beach. Keep in mind that you have to book 24 hours in advance, otherwise it is no longer possible to book a table. Another recommendation for lunch is Restaurante Camurí - Las Cuchis.
If you are looking for a nice dinner location in Puerto Banús check out the menu at the following Restaurant: Los Bandidos, BREATHE, Naga, Nu Downtown, Coa, Vovem, Divot Gastro Grill, or the Parpadella, which offer a great mix of sexy Italian pasta and cuisines.
Drinks
For drinks, there are plenty of bars where you can quietly sip your cocktail as you take in the magnificent sites the area has to offer. You can try out the delicious mix of Martinis at the Martini Bar or the Sinatra Bar, Joys Live, Astral Cocteleria Bar, Casino Marbella, or the famed Nu Downtown.
There are also plenty of clubs in the port of Puerto Banús. A lot of young people go to the clubs in the port of Puerto Banús to enjoy the thrill of the nightlife. Outside the port of Puerto Banús you will find Yuma and Nu Downtown for some older public (this is still Puerto Banús).
