GAIA Marbella has become one of those places we return to again and again. Set inside the iconic Puente Romano Beach Resort on the Golden Mile, it brings a polished Greek-Mediterranean atmosphere together with the kind of food and service that make an evening feel special from the moment you arrive. For us, it is easily one of the best restaurants in Marbella at the moment, and the fact that we find ourselves going back almost every month says a lot.

What makes GAIA especially good is how well it works for different occasions. With a group, it is perfect for sharing: fresh ceviche, beautiful seafood, Greek recipes full of flavour, vibrant salads and dishes designed to be placed in the centre of the table. The fresh seafood display is a real highlight too, letting you see what is available and choose exactly what you feel like. It adds to the experience and gives the meal that Mediterranean sense of freshness and abundance.

At the same time, GAIA is also one of our favourite choices for a romantic dinner in Puente Romano. The outdoor tables for two have a soft, intimate feel, with the elegant surroundings of the resort creating a beautiful setting without ever feeling too formal. The food is consistently excellent, the atmosphere is refined and relaxed, and the service is among the best we have experienced in Marbella. For us, GAIA is a true 10 out of 10.
