All About Soleo
Soleo Marbella is one of those classic beachfront restaurants that immediately gives you that Marbella summer feeling. Located right on the beach at El Fuerte Marbella, one of the city’s most iconic hotels, Soleo has one of the best positions in town: directly by the sea, close to the promenade and just a short walk from the Old Town.
What we love about Soleo is that it feels elegant without trying too hard. The design has a nautical, almost classic boat-inspired style, with sea views, warm details and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere that works beautifully for long lunches, sunset dinners or a bottle of wine by the water.
The menu is exactly what you want from a good beach restaurant in Marbella: Mediterranean cuisine with local product, fresh seafood, Malaga-style fried fish, rice dishes, fideuàs, Almadraba tuna and grilled meats from the Josper or Kamado. Think boquerones with lemon, Andalusian squid, lobster rice or a beautiful grilled fish, all served with that sea breeze in the background.
