Use the form below to send your event to the MarbsLifestyle editorial team. Required fields are marked clearly and the event is saved as a draft for review.

Complete every required field. Descriptions must be at least 30 words and a main photo is required. Recommended image size is 1600 x 900 px.

1. Event basics

Use the public event name, the correct category and the practical date and time visitors need.

Write the title as it should appear on the website.

Choose the closest existing category. The editorial team can adjust it later.

For one-day events, only fill in the start date.

Only use this if the event runs across multiple days.

2. Venue and booking details

Choose an existing location from the website or choose Other location and add the full details for editorial review.

If the venue is already on the website, select it here. If it is new or not listed, select Other location and fill in the details below.

These location details are saved on the draft event so the editorial team can review and create or connect the location later.

This is stored with the draft event and visible to the editorial team in the event admin.

3. Description

Minimum 30 words. Include the concept, atmosphere, programme, audience, practical details and why people should attend.

4. Photos

Recommended image size is 1600 x 900 px. Landscape images work best. Smaller images can still be submitted for review.

Required. JPG, PNG or WebP, maximum 10 MB. Recommended size: 1600 x 900 px.

Optional. Upload up to 6 extra images. Recommended size: 1600 x 900 px.

Only upload photos you are allowed to share for publication.

5. Organiser contact

These details are for editorial verification and are not automatically published.

Always include the full country code, for example +34, +31 or +44.
