Introduction

Welcome to a culinary journey with Marbslifestyle.com as we explore Roostiq, a hidden gem nestled in the heart of Spain's Costa del Sol, between the radiant resort town of Marbella and the glamorous marina of Puerto Banús. With a sprawling 1,000 square meter space that can accommodate up to 400 diners, the establishment boasts four distinct areas: the designer dining space facing the kitchen, the bar, the outdoor terrace, and an exclusive private room on the first floor. The subtle scent of embers gently guides you to your table.

About the restaurant

Roostiq is more than just a dining spot; it's the epitome of culinary elegance. Celebrating the authenticity of Mediterranean flavors, this upscale restaurant is dedicated to the farm-to-table ethos, presenting a selection of dishes that tantalize the senses. Each plate is a testament to fresh, local ingredients meticulously chosen to offer an unparalleled gastronomic journey. The secret behind their unmatched offerings remains closely guarded by their Head Chef, David García. However, whispers suggest that raising their own chickens and pigs plays a pivotal role in ensuring unmatched quality. The precision and personal touch Garcia infuses into every preparation is palpable.

The menu offers more than just poultry. Meat enthusiasts can savor exquisite grilled delights like the beef entrecôte from the renowned San Sebastian brand, Guikar, or the wood-fired sirloin. But a word of caution to those tempted by their signature Roostiq chickens and wings – they're addictive! Seafood aficionados won't be disappointed either, with offerings like flame-cooked cherry crayfish, grilled sea bass, and the iconic Santoña anchovies.

However, Roostiq's brilliance doesn't stop at traditional dishes. They've ingeniously paired their exceptional pizzas - characterized by 72-hour fermented, thick, Neapolitan-style doughs - with various caviar types.  Highlighted pizzas include one with homemade guanciale (bacon) and chives, a delectable salmon variant, and the signature Roostiq pizza adorned with acorn-fed ham, fresh burrata, and summer truffle. These culinary masterpieces are best enjoyed with a choice from their extensive selection of international cavas, champagnes, and burgundies.

As the evening approaches its delightful climax, it's time for a dessert extravaganza. Truly a treat for the senses! While the grilled pineapple and cream demand a bit of patience, the wait is undeniably rewarding. Equally enticing is the valrhona brownie, lavished with dulce de leche and paired with vanilla ice cream – all homemade, like every ice cream on their menu. And the cakes? They're a must-try. A feast that's impeccable from beginning to end.

Roostiq Marbella Review: A Parisian Gem with Farm-Fresh Delights

Stepping into Roostiq Marbella immediately transported us at MarbsLifestyle.com to the sophisticated boulevards of Paris. Its classically elegant décor combined with the central, captivating bar sets a splendid stage for a gourmet evening. Starting the night with a champagne toast at the bar feels like an unwritten tradition, especially with the promise of unparalleled service that follows. And speaking of unparalleled, the fact that Roostiq farms their own produce ensures the freshest and finest quality in every dish, a testament to their commitment to excellence.

Our mains, the "Roostiq Special" Grilled Porterhouse Steak, a hearty 1.5kg, was a carnivore's dream. But being pizza connoisseurs at MarbsLifestyle.com, the Portobello Mushroom, Onion and Pecorino Cheese pizza and the Cherry Tomatoes & Acorn-Fed Iberian “Chorizo” Cured Sausage variant were irresistible. Dessert was a heavenly affair with the Brownie Valrhona featuring Dulce de Leche and Vanilla Ice Cream, and the zesty Lemon Meringue Tart. Sharing these delights with friends made the evening even more memorable. Rounding off our experience was their efficient valet parking service, an absolute godsend during Marbella's bustling high season.

Ambiance of the restaurant

Enter Roostiq and you're welcomed by a warm, inviting atmosphere that perfectly blends rustic charm and modern elegance. The tastefully designed interiors exude a relaxed yet chic vibe, making it an ideal location for a casual or romantic dinner. As the sun sets, ambient lighting creates an intimate setting, perfect for enjoying a glass of Spain's finest wines.

The arches, a salient feature of these traditional houses, are recurrently utilized, adding depth to both the exterior and interior spaces. The rusticity of materials such as aged copper and brick, juxtaposed against soft velvets, textured glass, and contrasting lighting, paints a canvas that is both classic and avant-garde. This blend can be especially felt in the sophisticated tones of Roostiq Privé, an exclusive space on the upper floor, with a wine cellar and a view of the lush orchard
