Roostiq Marbella Review: A Parisian Gem with Farm-Fresh Delights
Stepping into Roostiq Marbella immediately transported us at MarbsLifestyle.com to the sophisticated boulevards of Paris. Its classically elegant décor combined with the central, captivating bar sets a splendid stage for a gourmet evening. Starting the night with a champagne toast at the bar feels like an unwritten tradition, especially with the promise of unparalleled service that follows. And speaking of unparalleled, the fact that Roostiq farms their own produce ensures the freshest and finest quality in every dish, a testament to their commitment to excellence.
Our mains, the "Roostiq Special" Grilled Porterhouse Steak, a hearty 1.5kg, was a carnivore's dream. But being pizza connoisseurs at MarbsLifestyle.com, the Portobello Mushroom, Onion and Pecorino Cheese pizza and the Cherry Tomatoes & Acorn-Fed Iberian “Chorizo” Cured Sausage variant were irresistible. Dessert was a heavenly affair with the Brownie Valrhona featuring Dulce de Leche and Vanilla Ice Cream, and the zesty Lemon Meringue Tart. Sharing these delights with friends made the evening even more memorable. Rounding off our experience was their efficient valet parking service, an absolute godsend during Marbella's bustling high season.
