Bookings

A booking is not confirmed until we have confirmed it in writing by email, WhatsApp, SMS, or another written communication channel, and any required payment, deposit, prepayment, authorisation, or confirmation step has been completed.

We reserve the right to accept, reject, cancel, amend, or refuse any booking request at our discretion, including where there is an error in pricing, availability, description, supplier information, payment, customer information, or booking details.
Booking details
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when making a booking or enquiry.
This may include your name, contact details, phone number, WhatsApp number, email address, number of guests, booking dates, arrival time, preferences, special requests, payment details, and any other information required to process or manage your booking.

We are not responsible for any loss, delay, cancellation, missed booking, refused entry, additional charge, or other issue caused by incorrect, incomplete, late, or misleading information provided by you.

Prices, offers, availability, packages, descriptions, dates, times, venues, menus, inclusions, and services displayed or communicated by MarbsLifestyle.com are subject to change at any time.

Unless clearly stated otherwise, prices may exclude taxes, service charges, booking fees, processing fees, delivery charges, entrance fees, deposits, security deposits, minimum spends, gratuities, extras, travel costs, or other additional costs.
Payments
Bookings may require full payment, partial payment, deposit, pre-authorisation, minimum spend, payment guarantee, or another payment arrangement before confirmation.
Payment terms will be communicated during the booking process or in the relevant booking confirmation.
You agree to pay all amounts due in connection with your booking, including any applicable taxes, charges, fees, deposits, extras, cancellation fees, no-show fees, damages, late payment charges, or other agreed costs.

Refunds

No-shows and late arrivals
If you do not attend your booking, arrive late, miss your allocated time, or fail to meet any check-in, entry, or attendance requirements, this may be treated as a no-show.
No-shows and late arrivals may result in cancellation, refusal of service, loss of booking, loss of deposit, additional charges, or no refund.
We are not responsible if you miss a booking due to travel delays, incorrect information, traffic, weather, illness, personal circumstances, or any other reason outside our control.
Special requests
You may submit special requests, preferences, dietary requirements, accessibility needs, seating preferences, celebration details, or other requests when placing a booking.
