For us at MarbsLifestyle.com, COYA Pool Club is the kind of place where the busy heart of Puente Romano suddenly feels wonderfully calm.

COYA Pool Club sits right inside Puente Romano on Marbella’s Golden Mile, yet what we love most is how quickly it makes you forget how much is happening around you. It has that rare daytime balance: stylish and polished, but also super cosy, relaxed and easy to settle into for hours. If your plan is to do very little, recover from the night before, prepare for the evening ahead or simply read a book by the pool, this is exactly the kind of setting that works.

The food is a major part of the appeal. The COYA identity brings flavour, colour and a refined Peruvian-inspired touch to the poolside experience, and from our perspective it is one of those places where lunch feels just as important as the sunbed. The service is fantastic too, attentive without disturbing the relaxed rhythm of the day, which is exactly what you want when you are switching off.

We also love it for cocktails. Sipping one of their signature drinks by the pool, surrounded by palms and the calm Puente Romano atmosphere, feels like a very Marbella way to spend the afternoon. For us, COYA Pool Club is not the loudest daytime option; it is one of the best for a super chill, comfortable and delicious pool day in the middle of everything.
