Barbillón, a beloved brand that has made a name for itself over the last ten years in Madrid, will soon open its first beach bar-restaurant in Marbella in early July 2023. This stunning new establishment is situated just ten minutes from the renowned Golden Mile in the Guadalmina Baja neighbourhood, offering a panoramic sea view spread over a luxurious 4,000m2 area.

With distinct beach, pool, and restaurant bar spaces, the Barbillón Marbella promises to be an immersive experience catering to all tastes and moods. The beach and pool areas open daily at 11am, offering a hammock area and a selection of beds of various sizes for relaxation. The restaurant bar, serving its enticing menu from noon until midnight, will offer an opportunity to indulge in a gastronomical journey that perfectly complements a day in the sun.

The venue’s interior design, crafted by the MRGO studio, delivers a warm and Mediterranean vibe that allows patrons to appreciate the mesmerising sea view from any spot. The design expertly blends the exterior with the interior through large windows, indoor planters, and a continuous white limestone floor. The decor, inspired by Southern Europe and bathed in neutral tones, gives the space a serene yet sophisticated aesthetic.

Barbillón Marbella prides itself on offering a balanced gastronomy proposal that satisfies all its customers. Drawing from the successful menu of its Madrid counterpart, the restaurant will feature popular dishes like the fried Nigiri steak tartar with quail egg, Japanese tempura shrimp Colitas, and the Arab cake.
