The Grill Marbella Club

Welcome to The Grill at Marbella Club, one of the most classic and atmospheric restaurants on the Golden Mile. Set within the legendary Marbella Club, the restaurant is built around fire, tradition and the timeless glamour of old Marbella. Its dining room and terrace create an elegant evening setting, with candlelight, mature trees and a sense of history that makes the experience feel distinctive from the moment guests arrive.

There are hotels in Marbella, and then there is Marbella Club. For us at MarbsLifestyle.com, it is one of those rare places that always feels special, whether you come for lunch by the sea, dinner under the trees or a cocktail in the gardens at the end of the evening.

What we love most is that every restaurant and bar has its own mood. El Patio is our team favourite: leafy, romantic and full of that soft Marbella Club magic. On a warm summer night, with the super fresh white bean salad on the table and the courtyard glowing around you, it can feel like the day never has to end.

This is not a ranking. It is our personal guide to the open restaurants and bars we love inside Marbella Club, from beachside lunches and timeless dinners to garden drinks, poolside meals and unforgettable Marbella evenings.

El Patio is one of the loveliest places to eat at Marbella Club and the favourite of the MarbsLifestyle.com team. Set in an open-air courtyard surrounded by greenery, jasmine-scented vines and soft Andalusian details, it captures the relaxed and intimate side of the hotel beautifully.

This is an all-day place, which is exactly why we love it. You can come for lunch in the garden, aperitifs, dinner with friends or cocktails later in the evening. It feels elegant, but never stiff.

For us, El Patio is at its best on a summer evening. The air is warm, the patio is glowing, the tables feel alive but never too loud, and the whole setting has that effortless Marbella Club feeling. Order the super fresh white bean salad and you understand immediately why we return. It is simple, bright, seasonal and exactly the kind of dish you want when the night is soft and the day feels like it should never end.

The menu is Mediterranean, fresh and made for sharing. Think beautiful ingredients, seasonal dishes, oysters, light plates and food that suits the setting. It is the kind of restaurant where a simple dinner can easily become a long evening.

El Patio is perfect if you want the Marbella Club atmosphere without being directly on the beach. It is leafy, timeless, personal and full of charm.

MC Beach is Marbella Club’s more relaxed seaside restaurant, inspired by the traditional chiringuitos of Málaga. It is directly by the sea and feels like the softer, more informal side of the hotel.

The setting is blue, white, sunny and Mediterranean. This is the place for seafood, grilled fish, crisp white wine, relaxed lunches and easy afternoons that move naturally towards sunset.

What makes MC Beach special is the balance. It has the simplicity of a beach restaurant, but with the quality and service of Marbella Club. It is relaxed, but still elegant. Casual, but never careless.

For lunch by the sea, MC Beach is one of those Marbella Club moments we always love.

The Grill is one of Marbella’s most iconic restaurants. If you want old-world Marbella, candlelight, silver service, pine trees and the feeling of a true classic, this is the place.

The restaurant is built around fire, tradition and timeless recipes. The atmosphere is warm, romantic and elegant, with a sense of history that many newer restaurants try to create but rarely manage to capture.

Dinner at The Grill feels like an occasion. It is perfect for a special evening, a romantic dinner, a family celebration or a night where you want something truly classic.

For us, The Grill is not just a restaurant at Marbella Club. It is part of Marbella’s history, and it remains stunning in the most effortless way.

The Garden Pool

The Garden Pool brings a fresh and laid-back poolside dining option to the heart of Marbella Club. It is sunny, relaxed and perfect for a casual lunch between swims.

The menu focuses on easy Mediterranean flavours: garden salads, grilled fish, colourful bowls and simple dishes made for sharing. It is the kind of place where you come straight from the pool and stay longer than planned.

This is not a formal restaurant, and that is the charm. The Garden Pool gives guests a softer, more everyday Marbella Club moment.

For a relaxed poolside lunch, it is one of the easiest and most pleasant options at the hotel.

El Olivar by Chef Andrés

El Olivar by Chef Andrés is one of the most beautiful dining experiences at Marbella Club. Set at Finca Ana María, beside the adults-only pool, it brings a garden-led approach into the hotel’s culinary world.

Here, the menu follows what is growing at the finca. Seasonal produce, plant-led dishes and a close connection to the land shape the experience, giving it a calm and nourishing feeling.

El Olivar is different from the more classic restaurants at the hotel. It is quieter, greener and more focused on freshness, seasonality and simplicity.

This is an option for resident guests over the age of 16, so it should be seen as a more private Marbella Club experience rather than a general restaurant booking.

For guests staying at the hotel who love wellness, vegetables, garden-led cooking and a calmer lunch setting, El Olivar is a lovely choice.

Summer Bar

Summer Bar is one of the most atmospheric places for drinks at Marbella Club during the warmer months. Set among citrus trees, jasmine and evening music, it feels like a secret summer corner inside the hotel.

This is the place for pre-dinner drinks, cocktails, Champagne or a soft transition from dinner into night. The atmosphere is elegant and nostalgic, with that warm Marbella Club glow that becomes especially magical after sunset.

Summer Bar is not about rushing. It is about sitting outside, listening to the music, enjoying the garden and letting the evening unfold slowly.

For a romantic drink or a classic Marbella Club summer evening moment, Summer Bar is essential.

Conclusion

Marbella Club remains one of the most special places to eat and drink in Marbella in 2026. Not because one restaurant is better than another, but because the whole collection feels so complete, personal and beautifully connected to the hotel’s history.

El Patio gives you courtyard charm, Mediterranean elegance and, for our team, one of the most beautiful summer dining experiences in Marbella. The fresh white bean salad, the warm air, the greenery and the feeling of time slowing down make it a place we always love returning to.

The Beach Club brings classic Marbella glamour. MC Beach is perfect for seafood and lunch by the sea. The Grill is pure old-world magic. The Garden Pool and El Olivar bring lighter, fresher daytime options, while Summer Bar adds that nostalgic garden atmosphere after sunset.

For now, this guide focuses only on the open Marbella Club locations. Rudi’s remains one of our favourite bars in Marbella, but because it is seasonal, it belongs in a separate autumn and winter Marbella Club guide rather than this current summer selection.

That is why Marbella Club is not just a hotel with restaurants. It is a world of its own. Whether you come for lunch, dinner, cocktails or a full day in the gardens and by the sea, the open restaurants and bars at Marbella Club are timeless, warm and stunning in the most effortless way.
