Stepping into this €25 million venture, Grupo Pachá is not just building a beach project but resurrecting the Laguna Village shopping center into a beacon of opulence. This transformation is especially poignant given the site's devastation by fire in 2020. The Laguna Village project, set to open in 2024, is more than a revival; it's a renaissance of luxury and style.
The vision for the complex is ambitious and comprehensive. Designed to operate all year round, it will feature six distinct zones:
- Restaurants-Club: A culinary haven with an eclectic mix of fine dining and clubbing experiences.
- Beach Club: Where the sun, sea, and style meet for an unparalleled beachside experience.
- Retailtainment: A unique shopping experience peppered with entertaining and experiential elements.

Design That Speaks Volumes
The project's architectural and interior brilliance, crafted by Archidom Studio, is a narrative in itself. Inspired by the natural grandeur of Playa del Padrón, the design intricately weaves elements of the Sierra Bermeja mountains and the Padrón River. Mediterranean-style clay tile coatings, combined with warm, focused lighting, and a penchant for natural, sustainable materials, create an environment that's both luxurious and comforting.
