Our luxury apartment combines the feeling of freedom and has generous interior and terrace space to enjoy the southern orientated panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea with the sun throughout the whole day.
Living room.
The living room is bright and airy, with modern, well styled furnishings and a big TV screen that create a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere. The large glass doors offer a great view and opens out to a spacious terrace.
Terrace.
The southern oriented terrace of at least 28 m2 is one of the main attractions to this accommodation as it offers sunny, spacious lounging or dining and one of the best sea views possible.
Kitchen.
The well-equipped kitchen comes with all necessary items including an oven, induction cooker, micro wave, fridge and freezer. In addition, this accommodation offers a washing machine and Nespresso machine.
Master Bedroom with ensuite bathroom.
The master bedroom has direct access to the terrace and has an extra long kingsize bed with sunrise views. In addition, this bedroom has a TV and an ensuite bathroom with shower and toilet.
Guest Bedroom with own bathroom.
The guest bedroom is equipped with an extra-long double bed and its own bathroom.
Comfort.
All areas have a central air-con system with heating and cooling function. The controls are located in each room and can be used individually. It allows you to set the perfect temperature to suit your needs, ensuring maximum comfort throughout your stay.
Parking.
The underground secured parking is only accessible for guests. The parking has elevator access to the accommodation.
This state of the art urbanisation has the size of a small village in a beautiful environment and has fantastic amenities for you to enjoy during your stay. Take a refreshing dip in the large outdoor pool in front of the apartment with a small children’s pool and great views over the Mediterranean sea. Work out in the state-of-the-art fitness center, or relax in the spa. The urbanisation offers a fantastic wellness center with indoor pool with great views, a Turkish bath, sauna and cold water plunge pool. If you want to stay active, there's a tennis court on-site.

This exclusive hilltop community enjoying uninterrupted views over the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. A place where like-minded people can appreciate the finer things in life, from horse-riding in the hills and relaxing in the infinity pool, to sipping cocktails on the terrace of your beautiful home. The high class and quiet area with breathtaking views is surrounded by many golf courses and is a very safe and friendly environment.
The Marbella area is located near the coastline and mountains. A rental car is the best transportation in this area as the main amenities are between a 5 and 15 minutes drive.

Rules & Regulations:

2. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6. You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €1200,00.
8. The use of the facilities of the community are subject to availability.
9. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
Important: areas of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community areas at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation, yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
