Our luxury penthouse combines the feeling of freedom and has generous interior and terrace space to enjoy the southern orientated panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea with the sun throughout the whole day. The accommodation is designed and constructed up to the highest standards and completed in 2020.
Open Plan Living Area.
The open plan living-room has a 75 inch Samsung 'The Frame" Multimedia tv with sound system. The large sofa offers space to enjoy the company of a small group and has access to the large terrace. The dining area is equipped for eight guests and is located next to the kitchen. The kitchen is designed by Gunni & Trentino with Siemens appliances and has direct access to the separate laundry area. The full kitchen is stocked for holiday rentals to make sure you can enjoy you stay indoors.
Terrace.
The terrace is one of the main attractions to this accommodation as it offers one of the best views possible. Each corners offers a private seating area, to make sure all guests can enjoy their privacy. The terrace has a jacuzzi and staircase going to the rooftop terrace.
Rooftop Terrace.
The rooftop offer an even better experience and gives the feeling of a large villa. The large 100m2 terrace offer a private heated (optional) pool, sun loungers and lounge sofa. This is the place to be when you are looking for a luxury holiday in Marbella.
Master Ensuite Bedroom.
The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom has direct access to the terrace and has a kingsize bed with sunset views.
Guest Bedroom 1
Located on the opposite side of the accommodation. The room is equipped wit a queen size bed and an OLED Multimedia flatscreen tv. In addition you will have direct access to the large terrace and sun in the morning.
Guest Bedroom 2.
The third bedroom offer two single beds and an OLED Multimedia Sony tv. Both guest bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
General.
All areas have a central air-con system with heating and cooling function. The controls are located in each room and can be used individually.
Parking.
The underground secured parking is only accessible for guests and has no access to the public road. The parking has elevator access to the top floor and entrance of the penthouse.
The penthouse offers a heated private rooftop pool and private jacuzzi. To keep you and your family secure, the entrance building has 24-hour entrance surveillance and the penthouse offers an underground parking with elevator access to the entrance door.
This state of the art urbanisations has the size of a small village and has fantastic amenities and a beautiful environment.
Outdoor Pool.
The urbanisation will offer four fantastic outdoor pools with stunning panoramic views over the mediterranean sea. The elevated plot is located in the mountains with an unobstructed view, offering a unique experience during your stay.

This exclusive hilltop community enjoying uninterrupted views over the sparkling Mediterranean Sea. A place where like-minded people can appreciate the finer things in life, from horse-riding in the hills and relaxing in the infinity pool, to sipping cocktails on the terrace of your beautiful home. The high class and quiet area with breathtaking views is surrounded by many golf courses and is a very safe and friendly environment.
The Marbella area is located near the coastline and mountains. A rental car is the main transportation in this area and a must as every amenity is between a 10 and 30 minutes drive.

Important: This accommodation is for family only, no parties or events and we reserve the right to cancel high risk reservations. Example: Reservations during the weekend for a short period and with guests of the same sex are a high risk for parties.
Note: The booking platform will provide you with a general location of the area where our penthouse is located. We provide detailed check-in instructions to navigate to the exact location of your accommodation. Follow our instructions accordingly.
Rules & Regulations:
1. The use of our pool heating is an additional service and can be requested up to 48 hours before your arrival. The costs are €225,00 per week.
2. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6. You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €1200,00.
8. The facilities of the community are for owners only and can not be used by guests.
9. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. Thesy do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
