The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathroom. The interior has recently been updated to make sure you will enjoy your stay. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the guest room offers two single beds. The spacious living room has a smart tv with internet to watch series on Youtube or Netflix. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and is connected to the small laundry area. While staying with us you can also make use of the communal pool and garden located on the urbanisation.
The apartment has two bedroom and two bathrooms. The offsite amenities are not part of your reservation and are subject to an additional fee depending on your activity.
Mirador Del Rodeo is located in the center of Marbella, close to the beach. Within walking distance you will find a supermarket, pizzeria, Scandinavian supermarket with coffee area and the Real Paddle Club with both an outdoor and indoor gym.
Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around. Marbella has a lot of variation. See below for some recommendations:

- Peurto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, harbor, many bars and restaurants : 5 minutes away.

- Marbella: old town, shopping, beach, many bars and restaurants: 15 minutes away.

- Fuengirola: shopping center, beach, water park: 45 minutes away.

1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Images of the gym are for marketing purposes only. The gym is located near the accommodation and charges a fee per day to use.
9. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
