Step into a fresh, luxurious holiday haven, where the kitchen-living area seamlessly connects to the outdoor terrace, equipped with premium furnishings. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher and washing machine, ensuring convenience and functionality.

The master bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom, grants direct access to the rooftop terrace, offering unparalleled views. Two additional bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with separate beds, share a well-appointed bathroom.

The penthouse comes with the added convenience of two underground garage spaces, easily accessed via the nearby elevator.

We would like to call the Nueva Andalucia the Beverly Hills of Spain. It is a high class and quiet area with breathtaking views surrounded by many golf courses. We would like to highlight the safety and friendly environment of this area.
Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around. Marbella has a lot of variation. See below for some recommendations:

- Puerto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, harbor, many bars and restaurants : 10 minutes away.
- Marbella: old town, shopping, beach, many bars and restaurants: 20 minutes away.
- Fuengirola: shopping center, beach, water park: 45 minutes away.
- Golf Courses: many options within 10 minutes.
- Gibraltar: beautiful island: 60 minutes away.
- Ronda: 60 minutes away.
- Supermarket: (Mercadona, Diaz, Lidl, Aldi) 5 minutes away.
Important: the booking platform will provide you with a general location of the area where our accomadation is located. We provide detailed check-in instructions to navigate to the exact location of your accommodation. Follow our instructions accordingly.

1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. We do not accept groups. parties, events and all guests have to be silent between 22:00H - 09:00H. Noise levels are monitored according to the noise regulations in the municipality of Marbella.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €999,00.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 30 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.

Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
