The large outdoor area with out door kitchen and BBQ area, four sun beds, lounge area and dining table. The penthouse offers two flatscreen tv's and wifi throughout the full apartment. The kitchen has a Nespresso machine, cooker and toaster. And it offers a total of three bedrooms for six guests.
Under the urbanisation is a gated underground garage with one parking spot. The garage is easily accessed by elevator that is located just next to the front door of the penthouse
The urbanisation also offers a small gym and rooftop pool during summer periods. .
All guests have access to the full accommodation. This includes the living space, bedrooms, bathrooms, terrace and rooftop pool area.
The apartment is within walking distance of several restaurants and bars. In the neighbourhood are lots of golf courses and it is very well connected to Puerto Banus, Marbella, San Pedro and Estepona town.
We recommend using Uber, the local taxi service or rent a car as the Marbella area is very spread out. Our accommodation is located within walking distance from the beach and several beachclub's. See below for some recommendations:

1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
7. Rooftop pool is open from the 1st of May till the 1st of October.
8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
