This apartment offers a fresh, contemporary and stylish space to enjoy your holidays.

The open-plan kitchen-living area provides access to the terrace which features outdoor dining furniture and bbq. The kitchen offers brand new and modern appliances (including a dishwasher and washing machine) and all the necessary equipment.

The Master bedroom has a beautiful ensuite bathroom. There are three additional guest bedrooms. Two guest rooms offer a double bed and bedroom number four offers a single bed.

There is hot/cold air conditioning, International television, WIFI and a parking space in the garage.
Our guests have full access to the accommodation and the urbanisation's amenities.
Located in the centre of Nueva Andalucia, close to supermarkets, butcher, wine shops, restaurants, bars, a very short distance to Marbella’s finest Golf Clubs, and only a 20-minute walk to the beach and Puerto Banús: La Maestranza boasts a fantastic location. With several communal swimming pools and tropical gardens, this urbanisation is perfect for a holiday in Marbella.
Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around. Marbella has a lot of variation. See below for some recommendations:

- Peurto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, harbor, many bars and restaurants : 10 minutes away.
- Marbella: old town, shopping, beach, many bars and restaurants: 20 minutes away.
- Fuengirola: shopping center, beach, water park: 45 minutes away.
- Golf Courses: many options within 10 minutes.
- Gibraltar: beautiful island: 60 minutes away.
- Ronda: 60 minutes away.
- Supermarket: (Mercadona, Diaz, Lidl, Aldi) 5 minutes away.

1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €499,00.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.

Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. Thesy do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
