Detailed description about the property

All bedrooms offer an en suite bathroom and one guest toilet. 200sqm above ground. Master bedroom seats on ground floor level with a 200x200 lush bed. Secondary rooms have a 160x190 cm bedrooms and a 160x200 cm bed (that could be separated in to two beds of 80x200cm) and 150sqm underground with loads of natural light and plenty room.
Air conditioning in all the rooms, but the one on the basement. Basement room boost a 180x200cm Vispring bed and bunk beds with guest bed, so that it could comfortably sleep 5 persons. Ideal as little kids room, nanny room with kids, or newlyweds with young children, etc.
Basement floor also has Play Station area and Yoga area with some fitness props.
Kitchen is fitted with top quality appliances.
Kitchen, barbecue and fireplace are all natural gas.
All three Tvs are Smart TVs with 4K technology. The living room unit is 70 inches and the other two 50 inches each.
All rooms enjoy ceiling fans.

Salt water pool with three areas: Lap pool (16m), max deep 140cm. Kids area 80cm deep and lounge area 20 cm deep.

Jacuzzi/ Hot Tub for 6 persons.

Included in price are 4 bicycles for tenants to enjoy.

Located in the beautiful beachside resort of Puerto Banus, a car is not a necessity as the villa's location offers superb accessibility to the beaches (200 meters to the seafront) , the shops and nightlife of Puerto Banus (a 15 minute walk), the historic town of Marbella (a 40 minute bike ride along the beautiful Paseo Maritimo) and the traditional sea side villages of San Pedro (15 minute walk) and Estepona (20 minute drive). There are plenty of restaurants within a 10 minute walk including the popular Mistral Beach, fine dining at D-Wine or the authentic Spanish chiringutos along the beaches.

Important: the booking platform will provide you with a general location of the area where our villa is located. We provide detailed check-in instructions to navigate to the exact location of your accommodation. Follow our instructions accordingly.

1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. For this accommodation the guest needs to pay a security deposit of €2000,00.
