The property has a bright entry hall with premium marble that leads you to a spacious living room. This space is followed by an open-plan Danespan kitchen and stunning dining area, perfect for entertaining. This level also includes a guest toilet, separate TV room, 2 en-suite bedrooms and a laundry room. The elegant spiral stairs take you to the top floor. The first space you encounter is an elevated office that looks out on to the coast and the Mediterranean Sea. The master bedroom will blow your mind once you look out. The bedrooms elevated position offers you not only an unbeatable view but also extreme privacy. The en-suite bathroom includes a big bath tub and a unique hammam style shower. The master bedroom also includes a sleek and spacious walk-in wardrobe. This floor has 3 more en-suite bedrooms, each elegantly decorated with built in wardrobes. The large sliding doors in the main living room open up to the terrace with a covered porch, barbecue area, charming modern swimming pool and a big open garden with beautiful plants, flowers and mature fruit trees. You can access the basement from the garden. It includes a fully equipped gym, a toilet and a storage room. The property also includes an independent en-suite guest house with its own access.

The neighbourhood of Villa Juni is friendly and the vibe can be described as pleasant. The accommodation is located in the gated community with 24/7 security that can only be accessed with a remote control. The surroundings makes it a popular place to go on holiday. Beaches, beach bars and luxurious beach-clubs are location within a short drive. The shopping-mall La Canada is reachable by car within 15 minutes and a taxi ride home from Puerto Banús to the Villa will take about 7 minutes.
Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around. Marbella has a lot of variation. See below for some recommendations:
- Beaches: 10 to 20 minutes away depending on beach.
- Puerto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, harbor, many bars and restaurants: 10 minutes away.

Important: the booking platform will provide you with a general location of the area where our villa is located. We provide detailed check-in instructions to navigate to the exact location of your accommodation. Follow our instructions accordingly.
1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times. We do not accept groups, parties, events and all guests have to be silent between 22:00h - 09:00h. Noise levels are monitored according to the noise regulations in the municipality of Marbella.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. Your reservation may be altered up to 30 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
7. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
Important: area's of this listing are continuously being maintenance. The villa has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area.
