Detailed description about the property

The apartment has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The property and interior is brand new to ensure you will enjoy your stay.

The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the three guest rooms offer two single beds and one double. The spacious living room has a smart TV with internet to watch Youtube or Netflix, etc. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and is connected to the small laundry area.

While staying with us you can also make use of the communal pool, jacuzzi and garden located on the urbanisation.
This accommodation is located family only urbanisation.

Our guests have full access to the accommodation and the urbanisation's amenities.
The complex is located on the New Golden Mile less than 800 meters from the beach. One of the main features of this new development is the short walking distance to the supermarkets, pharmacy, shops, and of course the beach and the prestigious Los Flamingos Resort. It is very well connected to Puerto Banus, Marbella and Estepona town.
Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around. Marbella has a lot of variation. See below for some recommendations:

- Puerto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, harbor, many bars and restaurants : 6 minutes away.

- Marbella: old town, shopping, beach, many bars and restaurants: 17 minutes away.

- Fuengirola: shopping center, beach, water park: 49 minutes away.

- Golf Courses: many options within 10 minutes.

- Gibraltar: beautiful island: 60 minutes away.

- Ronda: 60 minutes away.

- Supermarket: (Mercadona, Diaz, Lidl, Aldi) 1 minutes away.

1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
9. This is a family only accommodation, groups of young guests are not aloud to stay in the accommodation.
10. Unfortunately it's not allowed to use the charcoal barbecue between the 1st of June and the 30th of September because of the high risk on forest fires.

Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times.
