All guest have access to the full accommodation, the outdoor pools, indoor pool and professional gym that includes trainers who you can ask for advise during your workout and can request information to follow classes.
Paraiso is like the Beverly Hills of Spain because of the high-class properties, surrounded by a quiet mountain area with breathtaking views and many golf courses. We would also like to highlight the safe and friendly environment of this area.
Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around. Marbella has a lot of variation. See below for some recommendations:
- Peurto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, harbor, many bars and restaurants : 10 minutes away.
- Marbella: old town, shopping, beach, many bars and restaurants: 20 minutes away.
- Fuengirola: shopping center, beach, water park: 45 minutes away.

- Tennis and paddle: 3 minutes away.

1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
3. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
4. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
5. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
6.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
7. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
9. The Spa and Pool is just for adults, children under 15 y/o are unfortunately not aloud.
Important: area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the community area's at all times. Thesy do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area as these are part of the community.
