The residential complex was delivered in July 2017. Build to the highest standards, it features 24 modern apartments and only two exclusive penthouses with incredible solariums. The accommodation features an underground parking with two spaces. The communal areas offer residents a large swimming pool area with solarium and designer gardens where you can make the most of the privacy of this gated development.
The contemporary and clean design was combined with the best quality materials to offer the ultimate comfortable living. Underfloor heating in the bathrooms, central air-conditioning and heating, wide floor to ceiling sliding doors and windows and built-in wardrobes, are just few of the advantages you will get. The fully fitted kitchen, equipped with the most up-to-date appliances, are connected to large open plan living/dining areas that lead on to extensive terraces with breath-taking sea and mountain views.
Just imagine waking up every morning with a freshly made pot of coffee and enjoying a refreshing sea breeze, or make the most of the sunny days in San Pedro by dining alfresco. Sounds like a perfect dream, right?
All homes at Jade Beach feature motorised sun blinds, underfloor heating and shower screens in both bathrooms and a full pack of LED lights in all rooms. The kitchens are equipped with appliances and there are top of the range sliding windows in the living rooms.
All guests can use the full penthouse with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living room with terrace and rooftop terrace. The urbanisation offers a communal pool and underground parking for two cars.
The resort provides a high level of security with a security checkpoint and monitored pedestrian and car entrance. Other communal areas include a swimming pool and an array of landscaped gardens. It is the ideal place for a holiday home, first home or an investment.
Jade Beach is designed as a luxury gated community with modern Mediterranean style architecture. All properties are south facing to maximise the hours of sunshine that can be enjoyed from the spacious terrace areas.
We recommend using Uber, the local taxi service or rent a car as the Marbella area is very spread out. Our accommodation is located within walking distance from the beach and several beachclub's. See below for some recommendations:
- Peurto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, harbor, many bars and restaurants : 10 minutes away.
- Marbella: old town, shopping, beach, many bars and restaurants: 20 minutes away.
- Fuengirola: shopping center, beach, water park: 45 minutes away.
- Golf Courses: many options within 10 minutes.
- Gibraltar: beautiful island: 60 minutes away.
- Ronda: 60 minutes away.
- Supermarket: (Mercadona, Diaz, Lidl, Aldi) 5 minutes away.
1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17:00h and ends at 20:00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
8. Images of the gym and paddle club are for marketing purposes only. The gym is located near the accommodation and charges a fee per day to use.
9. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
Important: the general area's of this listing are part of a community. The community has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit the public area's at all times. These persons do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area.
