Price of The Nanny Line
The Nanny Line offers their babysitting services at €30.00 per hour, inclusive of 21% VAT. Payment can be made through cash, online, or bank transfer, providing flexibility for all. They also offer a last-minute service for bookings made within 120 minutes of the start time, priced at €40.00 inclusive of VAT. For services lasting more than four hours, the client should provide the nanny's meal.
Families with more than two children will be charged an additional €4 per hour per child. Note that the rates remain the same overnight but increase by 100% on select holiday dates. Any service that begins or ends after midnight incurs an additional taxi fee.
Policy of The Nanny Line
The Nanny Line ensures transparency and fair practices in their policies. Bookings can be modified or cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. However, cancellations within 24 hours will result in a charge for two hours. Similarly, changing the service hours within 24 hours will require payment of 80% of the originally booked hours. In case of no-shows, clients are charged for all booked hours.
For bookings lasting more than three days, a 30% deposit is required. Additional costs apply if the nanny's travel time exceeds 60 minutes per day, with the family covering all travel costs and half of the nanny's travel time.
