The neighbourhood of Villa Peman is a friendly neighbourhood. The family friendly vibe and pleasant surroundings make it a popular place to go on holiday. Within just a five minute walk you wil reach the beach where you can find severall small beach bars and luxurious beach-clubs. Shopping-mall La Canada is reachable by car within fifteen minutes and a taxi ride home from Puerto Banús to the Villa will take about five minutes.
Most people who are visiting Marbella are using a car to get around. Marbella has a lot of variation. See below for some recommendations:

- Puerto Banus: shopping, nightlife, cinema, harbor, many bars and restaurants :
5 minutes away.

- Marbella: old town, shopping, beach, many bars and restaurants:
15 minutes away.

- Fuengirola: shopping center, beach, water park: 45 minutes away.

1. When booking with us you agree to follow our check-in and check-out times.
2. Our guest will be provided with our Guest Application. All information will be visible in the application. As a guest we expect you to review all information accordingly.
3. When checking out later than the agreed check-out time, we reserve the right to keep your security deposit.
4. Our check-in and check-out times are subject to availability. The check-in time starts at 17.00h and ends at 20.00h. If you wish to check-in later, please request a late personal check-in. Additional fee of €25,00 is applicable.
5.You can use our services during your stay. We can arrange extra towels or a cleaning service.
6. Your reservation may be altered up to 21 days before your confirmed check-in date. After this period your alteration request is subject to review and can be denied by the host.
7. Never leave a key inside the front door lock when you're leaving the accommodation, in this case it's not possible to open the door from outside. The costs of hiring a locksmith is for your own account.
8. The outdoor kitchen will be finished soon yet is not available during October, November and December.

Important: area's of this listing are continuously being maintenance. The villa has gardeners, maintenance personnel and workers who can visit at all times. They do not have access to the accommodation yet they can enter the garden, parking, pathways and pool area.
