To complement the night’s entertainment, Max Beach presents a decadent New Year’s Eve menu crafted to delight the senses. Here’s what you can look forward to (€350 per person / €380 Premium - including drinks until 1 AM): 

• Amuse Bouche & Glass of Moët Chandon Champagne.

• Starters to Share:   Pan seared langoustine with herbed butter and caviar, AND Sea Bream Ceviche with leche de tigre dressing, red radish, cucumber, red onion, and Peruvian corn (vegetarian option available), AND Iberian Pork Skewer glazed with Thai pepper sauce, AND Spiced honey-glazed halloumi & fig salad with fresh figs, honey, ras el hanout, halloumi, sherry vinegar, rocket, flaked and toasted almonds.

• Main Course (Choose One): 

  • Nebraska Beef Wellington with grilled tenderstem broccolini, herb mashed potato, and Madeira red wine jus.  

  • Pan Seared Red Snapper with champagne butter sauce, mange tout, and potato confit. 

  • Lobster Risotto with native lobster and lobster bisque.

  • Green Pea Risotto with fresh garden pea purée, asparagus, and parmesan

• Desserts Sharing Plate: Amurula Crème Brulée, AND Red Berry Baked Cheesecake, AND Mochi (Japanese frozen dessert), AND Mini Churros, AND Seasonal fruits.
